Description
Ponte Roma Jersey (also known as Ponte Di Roma) is made of a combination of polyester, viscose/rayon and spandex and is warm to wear in the winter. It has a light stretch. You will find it is easy to sew, as it is a stable knit, and it is less stretchy than many other jersey dress fabrics so it is great for autumn/ winter boxy tops, cowl neck dresses and more.
Weight is approx 270 gr/m2
These fabrics are 145cm (54″) wide unless stated on their name.
We recommend pre-washing this fabric before sewing as it has been over-dyed so some colour bleeding can be expected. Wash at 30-40 degrees and iron on a cotton setting.
Postage
We always aim to post your items on the same day you have ordered them, providing you order before 1pm Monday- Friday. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, or at the weekend, will be posted on the Monday. Any orders placed over a Bank holiday weekend will be posted on the Tuesday.
All of our UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail on a 2ndclass service which takes approximately 2-3 workings days to arrive once dispatched. If you require your items quickly then you can upgrade your postage upon checkout. We offer Royal Mail 1stclass or a 24-hour courier service if booked before 12pm (Monday to Friday).
International parcels are sent by a Standard International Service with Royal Mail. International parcels usually take between 3 and 10 working days to arrive depending on the country and customs.
