Delivery

Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Your order will usually be sent on a Royal Mail 2nd Class service, unless you have paid to upgrade. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to arrange a return to us at your own cost. Cancellations for orders must be raised as soon as possible to avoid this situation. If you provide us with the incorrect address for your parcel and it does not reach you as a consequence of this, we will not be responsible for the cost of reposting your item and you will be required to pay to re-send your order.

If you are unavailable when Royal mail attempts to deliver your order, the barcode on your parcel will be scanned and then taken back to your local depot. In this situation the usual policy is that the person delivering your parcel should leave a card to notify you that a delivery attempt has been made. Please be aware that this does not always happen, but you can find out if a delivery attempt has been made by obtaining your tracking number and entering it into the Royal mail website at: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

In the case of items sent by Courier, we will notify you of your tracking number and you can follow the progress of your order on the individual courier’s own website. If you are not home for the delivery, unless a safe place or neighbour is specified, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

When using a courier service, certain areas of the UK will incur additional charges, or experience delivery delays longer than advertised. These areas are (but not exhaustive) as follows: Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

Availability

All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.

On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Returns

You MUST first discuss any returns with us before attempting to post items back or receive a refund. You can do this using our Contact Form, by emailing us, phoning us or writing to us. All contact details can be found in our Contact Us section. Once we have approved your return request, we will inform you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

We require each parcel returned to us to contain a piece of paper stating your name, address, and any other details that we may require to find you on our systems to complete the return.

We will NOT accept returns without authorisation.

For unwanted items, you must inform us within 30 days from delivery date. For faulty items, you must inform us with 30 days from the delivery date.

Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer’s expense, in original packaging and condition, as new, undamaged, unused and in a resalable condition.

It is important that you do not use or interfere with the product if you intend to return the item, if the item is used or interfered with then it is deemed accepted as supplied, items MUST be unused, if we receive items back in used condition a refund will not be issued and they will be made available for your collection.

For clarification this means, essentially, that you may handle the products just as you would in a shop, but no more than that.

When returning items, we suggest for your own protection you choose a tracked delivery service that offers the appropriate compensation for the value of goods being returned.

Any refunds for goods will ONLY be issued once we have RECEIVED the goods, in their original condition, in compliance with our returns policy. This refund only includes the total of goods sent and NOT the delivery charge as this is money that we will have already paid to the courier for the delivery of your items and cannot be claimed back.

The consumer must bear the direct cost of returning goods, unless agreed by us due to an agreed fault.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced, refunded or repaired.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
